Clerk called, for nominations for Temporary Chairman.
Mr. Brewer nominated Davi. d Lev i risen. Mr . Gabler seconded the nominat ion.
Moved by On sdale supported by Webber that nominations be closed, the rule s suspended, and
the Clerk be instructed to cast the unanimous vote of the Beard for David Levinson.
A sufficient majority hay ing voted therefor, the notion carried.
Mr. Lev nson declared elected Temporary Chairman and escorted to the Chair .
