Moved by Mastic supported. by GaLlar that the motion adopted on januaTy 9, 1969 whereby the
Committee on Committees would consist, of four Dercerat, including the Chairman, and three Republicans,
be rescinded.
A sufficient maiority having voted therefor, the motion carried.
Moved by Mast in supported by Kasper that the Committee on Committees be appointed by the
Chairman of the. Board and consist of four Democrats, four Republicans and the Chairman of the Board.

The Chairman appointed the following persons as members of the Committee on Committees:
Niles E. Olson, William L. Mainland, William M. Richards, Robert F. Patnales, Paul E. Kasper, Wallace
F. Gabler, Jr., Christian F. Powell, George N. Crba, Charles B. Edwards, Jr.
Moved by Walker supported by Kasper the appointments be approved.
A sufficient majority having voted therefor, the motion carried.
Moved by Walker supported by Richardson the Board adjourn until 10:00 A. M, January 16, 1969.
