Telegraph Road, Pontiac, Michigan. Roll called. COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Crawford, Dwyer, Fleming, Gingell, Gosselin, Hoffman, Kowall, Long, Scott, Taub, Weipert. (11) EXCUSED ABSENCE WITH NOTICE: Kochenderfer, Middleton, Spisz. (3) Quorum present. No one addressed the Caucus during public comment. Moved by Fleming supported by Hoffman the minutes of the May 5, 2016 Caucus be approved. A sufficient majority having voted in favor, the minutes were approved. The members of the Caucus discussed the Board Agenda. Commissioner Gosselin Vice-Chair of Planning and Building Committee addressed the Caucus regarding Planning and Building Committee item b.: entitled Water Resources Commissioner – Holiday Pay for Mandated 4/40 Field Unit Employees. Discussion followed. Sherri Gee, Chief of Water Resources Administration Services addressed the Caucus regarding Planning and Building item b.: entitled Water Resources Commissioner – Holiday Pay for Mandated 4/40 Field Unit Employees. Discussion followed. Chairperson Shelley Taub addressed the Caucus regarding a proposed Resolution that Commissioners Woodward and Gershenson will introduce during the Board meeting entitled Board of Commissioners – Drinking Water Supply Testing Program for Oakland County School and Child Care Facilities and Creation of the Oakland County Kids’ Safe Drinking Water Fund and stated that it will be referred to the Finance Committee. Chairperson Shelley Taub addressed the Caucus to introduce a proposed Resolution entitled Board of Commissioners – Objection to the Customers of the Great Lakes Water Authority Assuming Arreages Owed by the City of Highland Park and Requesting Intercession by State Officials. Discussion followed. Republican Caucus Minutes Continued. May 18, 2016 264 Bob Daddow, Deputy County Executive addressed the Caucus to give an update on the Great Lakes Water Authority and Highland Parks water bill. Discussion followed.
