Telegraph Road, Pontiac, Michigan. Roll called. COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Crawford, Dwyer, Fleming, Gingell, Gosselin, Hoffman, Kochenderfer, Kowall, Long, Middleton, Scott, Spisz, Weipert. (13) EXCUSED ABSENCE WITH NOTICE: Taub. (1) Quorum present. No one addressed the Caucus during public comment. Moved by Crawford supported by Dwyer the minutes of the May 18, 2016 Caucus be approved. A sufficient majority having voted in favor, the minutes were approved. The members of the Caucus discussed the Board Agenda. Gerald Poisson, Deputy County Executive addressed the Caucus regarding Finance Committee item i.: entitled Facilities Management/Facilities Planning and Engineering – Priority 2 Building Security Enhancements Project. Discussion followed. Commissioner Spisz addressed the Caucus to introduce a proposed resolution entitled: Board of Commissioners – Tri-Party Road Improvement Program Fiscal Year 2016 Appropriation – Charter Township of Oxford – Resurfacing of a Portion of Pontiac Road – Project No. 53331. Jim VerPloeg, Board of Commissioners Administration Director, Program and Operational Analyst addressed the Caucus regarding Constituent Communications and Technology Update. Commissioner Hoffman addressed the Caucus with a reminder that League of Women Voters questionnaires are due June 17, 2016. Commissioner Gingell addressed the Caucus to introduce Tom Tanghe, City Manager, Auburn Hills. Commissioner Middleton addressed the Caucus regarding Human Resources Committee item c.: entitled Human Resources Department – Creation of Parental leave Benefits and Policy. Discussion followed. Republican Caucus Minutes Continued. June 16, 2016 293 Commissioner Gingell addressed the Caucus to introduce a proposed resolution entitled: Board of Commissioners – Youth Enrichment Scholarship Program. Commissioner Hoffman addressed the Caucus regarding a proposed resolution that Commissioner Woodward will introduce at the Board meeting entitled: Board of Commissioners – Oakland County Clerk/Register of Deeds Reduced Fee for Certified Birth Records for Oakland County Seniors.
