Telegraph Road, Pontiac, Michigan. Roll called. REPUBLICAN COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Bullard, Crawford, Douglas, Gingell, Gosselin, Jacobsen, Kowall, Long, Middleton, Potter, Potts, Rogers, Scott. (13) EXCUSED ABSENCE WITH NOTICE: None. (0) Quorum present. Moved by Crawford supported by Gosselin the minutes of the March 6, 2008 and March 10, 2008 Republican Caucus be approved. A sufficient majority having voted in favor, the minutes were approved. Mindy Fernandes of Divided We Fail addressed the Republican Caucus. The members of the Republican Caucus discussed the Board Agenda. Democratic Commissioner David Woodward introduced a proposed resolution entitled Board of Commissioners – Prohibiting Further Appeal of Recall and answered questions. Democratic Commissioner Jim Nash introduced a proposed resolution entitled Board of Commissioners – Support for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. Commissioner Sue Ann Douglas introduced a proposed resolution entitled Board of Commissioners – Oakland County Recognition and Celebration of Sunshine Week – March 16 – March 22, 2008. Paul Welday, Legislative Lobbyist for Oakland County, gave an update on the zoo authority and state revenue sharing and answered questions. Bob Daddow, Deputy County Executive, gave an update on the 911 tax bill passed by the Senate and answered questions. The Republican Caucus recessed at 9:08 a.m. Republican Caucus Minutes Continued. Commissioner Bill Bullard, Jr. opened discussion regarding Miscellaneous Resolution #08027 Department of Health and Human Services/Health Division – Adjustments to the Health Division Fee Schedule and asked if anyone would reconsider their vote. Discussion followed. Dr. Thomas Gordon, Director of Health and Human Services, addressed the Caucus and answered questions.
