Telegraph Road, Pontiac, Michigan. Roll called. REPUBLICAN COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Bullard, Crawford, Douglas, Gosselin, Jacobsen, Kowall, Long, Middleton, Potter, Potts, Rogers, Scott. (12) EXCUSED ABSENCE WITH NOTICE: Gingell. (1) Quorum present. Moved by Crawford supported by Middleton the minutes of the July 8, 2008 Republican Caucus be approved. A sufficient majority having voted in favor, the minutes were approved. Commissioner Middleton introduced his two grandsons. Commissioner Douglas introduced Jeanne Blake, County Commissioner District #17 candidate, and Jean Chamberlain, County Commissioner District #18 candidate. Jean Chamberlain introduced her guest Jasmine Wilson, a student she mentored last year. The members of the Republican Caucus discussed the Board Agenda. Republican Caucus Chairperson Eileen Kowall assumed the Chair. Commissioner David Potts and Commissioner John Scott introduced Miss Oakland County 2008 Sheila Klein and Miss Oakland County’s Outstanding Teen 2008 Anais Felt. Both addressed the Caucus. Eileen Kowall introduced her granddaughter. Eileen Kowall recognized Oakland County Prosecutor David Gorcyca, who was in attendance.
