Telegraph Road, Pontiac, Michigan. Roll called. REPUBLICAN COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Bullard, Crawford, Douglas, Gingell, Gosselin, Jacobsen, Kowall, Long, Middleton, Potter, Potts, Rogers, Scott. (13) EXCUSED ABSENCE WITH NOTICE: Clark. (1) Quorum present. Moved by Crawford supported by Gosselin the minutes of the October 2, 2008 Republican Caucus be approved. A sufficient majority having voted in favor, the minutes were approved. Commissioner Potts introduced Tom McDaniel, former Mayor of Birmingham and City Commissioner. Dan Stencil, Parks and Recreation Executive Officer, addressed the Caucus regarding the reorganization of the Parks and Recreation Department. Dale Cunningham, Sheriff Department Business Manager, addressed the Caucus and introduced Debbie Macon and Shirley Bryant, candidates for Oakland Community College. Republican Caucus Chairperson, Eileen Kowall, introduced Larry Crake, Chairperson of the Road Commission, who was in attendance. Nancy Scarlet, Director of Human Resources, addressed the Republican Caucus regarding the county proposal on the general ballot. Robert Daddow, Deputy County Executive, addressed the Caucus regarding the 911 Bill update. Commissioner Bill Bullard, Jr. addressed the Caucus. The members of the Republican Caucus discussed the Board Agenda. Item CA-GG-B will be moved from the Consent Agenda to the Regular Agenda.
