To the Oaklane County Board of Supervisor.
Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen:
At the last meeting of the Board, a letter from the 11)*1.7.01t Board of Water Commissioners, was referred
to Your Special 'hater Cemrcittee for stddy. This letter, dated November IS, :959, invites Oakland County to
appoint a representative to attend the weekly meetings of the BOacl of Water Commisaieners, such representative
to oe autherized is make vbservatiOna at much meetings, familiArize himself orith the uperatiehe of the Water
Board, and cc participate in the discussions of such meetings to the end that such representative may thoroughly
familiarize higAelf with the plans and the operation of the Board of Water Commissioners.
