MR. CHAIRMAN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
WHEREAS, on Mareh 25, 1975, by Miscellaneous Resolutio.n
No. 6985, the Oakland County Board of Commisponers tab shod
Ordinance No. 12 to provide for an Unemployment Compensation
System which Ordinance bas, from f,imc to time, been amended;
and
WHEREAS, the General Govern;:.on"„ ,I:ommittee recommends that

IFIEREFORE, THE COUNTY OF OAKLAND OaDAINS:
An Ordinance to amend SectIon 11 of Ordinance No. 12 as
follows:
"That the members of the Appalb Board shall recei,ve
per diem at the rate of $35.00 per day and mileage
re!rbursement at the applicable County rate."

TO: THE 0AliLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMYIISSTONERS
MR. CHAIRMAN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
WHEREAS, on March 25, 1975, by Miscellaneous Resolution
No. 6985, the Oakland County Board of Commissioners established
Ordinance No. 12 ;;Q provide for an Unemployment Compensation
System which Ordinance has, from timo to time, been amended;
and
WHEREAS, the General COVernment Committee recommends that
Section 24 of said Ordinance be amended as follows:
"That the members of the Appeals Board shall receive
per diem at the rate 1". $35.00 per day and mileage
reimbursement at the applicable County rate."
THEREFORE, THE COUNTY OF OAKLAND ORDAINS:
An Ordinance to amend Section 14 of Ordinance No. 12 as
follows:
"That the members of the Appea Board shall reccive
per diem at the rate of $35.00 por day and mileage
reimbunsement at the applicablc County rate."
