CHAIRMAN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN: WHEREAS, on March 25, 1975, by Miscellaneous Resolution No. 6985, the Oakland County Board of Commissioners established Ordinance No. 12 ;;Q provide for an Unemployment Compensation System which Ordinance has, from timo to time, been amended; and WHEREAS, the General COVernment Committee recommends that Section 24 of said Ordinance be amended as follows: "That the members of the Appeals Board shall receive per diem at the rate 1". $35.00 per day and mileage reimbursement at the applicable County rate." THEREFORE, THE COUNTY OF OAKLAND ORDAINS: An Ordinance to amend Section 14 of Ordinance No. 12 as follows: "That the members of the Appea Board shall reccive per diem at the rate of $35.00 por day and mileage reimbunsement at the applicablc County rate."
