ECW THEREFORE EE IT RESOLVED that the County of Oakland hereby ; dots an ordinance entitled: • "AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE CONPINE- MENT OF ANIMALS AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE PAYMENT OF SUCH CONFINEMENT."
