Chairperson, Ladies and Gentlemen:
In accordance with the Salary Administration Plan, the Personnel
Committee concurs with the following appointment to the Job Evaluation
Review Panel for the remainder of the term ending June 30, 1994:

Chairperson, on behalf of the Personnel Committee, I move
acceptance of the foregoing report.
