Chairperson RE: MR #07086 Sheriffs Office — Police Dispatch Service for the City of the Village of Clarkston 2007 - 2012 TO: Oakland County Board of Commissioners Chairperson, Ladies and Gentlemen: The Public Services Committee having reviewed MR #07086 on May 1, 2007 Reports with the recommendation the resolution be amended as follows: The seventh WHEREAS to read as follows: "WHEREAS the average number of calls per FTE Officer in 2006 in the City of the Village of Clarkston was 340 223; and The eighth WHEREAS to read as follows: "WHEREAS the actual cost to provide Dispatch services is dicectly-r-elated ; - - - _ e • -: he average-Rumbef-ofoail-s--po-r FTE effi jurisdiction: very significantly reduced in jurisdictions of fewer than 1500 in population and four (4) or fewer FTEs; and" The NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED paragraph to read as follows: "NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the cost to provide Dispatch services to the City of the Village of Clarkston be based on the cost of-one-(---1-)-FTE--officer as follows: $ 4,565.00 7,053.00 7,476,00 7,701.00 7,932.00 2007: S-4,56-5,09 2008 /1,702.00 2009: 47984,00 2010: 5,1-34.09 2011 672-48,00 2012 6,446.0-021 Chairperson. on behalf of the Public Services Committee, I move the acceptance of the foregoing report PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE Public Services Committee Vote: Motion carried unanimously on a roll call vote Chairperson, we move adoption of the foregoing Resolti;i A.
